“From selling second-hand golf balls as a 12 year old, to reselling sneakers as a teenager — I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart. Despite being a mediocre student in (high) school, I always had the passion, creativity and resilience: I learnt that not everyone has this fire in their belly. The average person does not feel the need to constantly improve — but I do. I always think outside the box and come up with unique solutions to highly complex problems. Growing up (aside from playing video games) I enjoyed making music, designing football boots/sneakers, building sustainable eco-projects and creating business plans for a range of different startup ideas that I had. I just wanted to create and build things, and that has never changed.

Throughout high school, I absolutely loved making music. Truthfully, I wasn’t the best singer, but I still loved it nonetheless. Despite being clowned and ridiculed by most people in my school, I learnt many lessons along the way. There was certainly people who liked my music, but majority of people mocked me for doing it. So my skin became thicker, and I became stupidly resilient at a young age. Nobody was going to stop me from creating something. No matter how much they laughed at me.

After graduating from Year 12, I accumulated a wide range of experience and skills in a short timespan by working in a range of different industries. As for my love of making music — it has been put on hold whilst I figure things out and explore more ‘low-key’ avenues. In the past 5 years alone, I’ve worked at jobs in warehouses, FMCG, factories, logistics, supermarkets, fast food, ecommerce, real estate and a well-known footwear company — all whilst running trying to pursue my own business ventures.

After deciding to attend Griffith University Gold Coast (started in 2021, and graduated in 2023), it solidified my dream of being an entrepreneur, with a keen interest for small business, fashion, media, technology, retail and ecommerce. By the time I turned 22 years old, I evolved into a textbook entrepreneur, and the Good Looks Group was formed. Whilst the current journey has been full of struggles, suffering, rejection and ridicule, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. If I continue to put in the work and trust God’s Plan, something will click (eventually).”
